Texas School of Business is seeking a Registrar, with the enthusiasm to commit to a critical role in the development and implementation of policies affecting enrollment and retention, this may be the opportunity for you. As a Registrar you will participate directly in academic and management decision-making in matters including academic standards, management of student records, program planning and policy assessment. Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and tracking of all school attendance on a daily basis and inputting information into database. 2. Contact all absent students, and has a tracking of all at-risk students. Send out letters, etc. 3. Work with database for education, places all grades, schedules and other education related matters on a timely basis into database. 4. Create all awards, certificates for posting on display units and distribution to students on a modular and quarterly basis. 5. Prepare all class rosters prior to start and distribute to instructors. 6. Follow up with “At-Risk” Students. 7. Provide support to the Director of Education in approving students to be eligible for graduate status. 8. Assist the D.O.E. with compiling various reports as needed. 9. Various other duties, responsibilities and projects as assigned by the D.O.E. Requirements:1. Solid background in computers; and use of excel, word, graphics, etc. 2. Good communication skills and written abilities. 3. Ability to problem solve without much assistance. 4. Well organized, with the ability to prioritize projects. 5. Prefer some experience within educational industry, 1 year or related degree. 6. Some College or Degree preferred. 7. Working well with others in professional matter.
