Research Analyst - Office of Institutional Effectiveness
Research Analyst - Office of Institutional Effectiveness
Join the highly regarded Northwestern Health Sciences University, an international leader in natural health care education, patient care and scientific research. We seek an experienced Research Analyst to collect, develop and analyze institutional and other data to support and enhance the college's strategic planning, problem solving and self assessment. You'll perform applied research; design, execute and evaluate surveys, analytical and statistical studies, and develop evidence for institutional accreditation process.
Requires a Bachelor's degree with background in math, social sciences, or education, minimum of two years of experience in institutional research, organizational research, social science research, statistics or a related field. Knowledge of quality improvement processes, assessment and benchmarking.
Must be detail oriented with strong communication and presentation skills, ability to analyze scientific information and apply mathematical concepts in interpret and evaluate institutional effectiveness and identify concerns areas of improvement. Knowledge of Excel and SPSS and experience with education and training are a plus.
