Research Assistant II

Research Assistant IIPediatrics, Georgetown University Medical CenterThe research assistant will assist with the daily operation of the laboratory in conjunction with the laboratory director exploring the pathogenesis and treatment of type I diabetes mellitus. Work will be performed in a tissue culture laboratory and in an animal facility. These functions are performed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations and Georgetown University’s Medical Center’s philosophy, policies, procedures and standards.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and one year experience in a basic research lab, preferably an immunology lab with tissue culture experience.

This is a term position.
