Resident Dean

The Resident Dean  is charged with assisting the Director with planning and implementing policy that fulfills the academic, social and spiritual components of the School’s mission and philosophy.  These policies strive to create a safe, positive and productive Christian living and learning environment that encourages students to become responsible neighbors and independent learners.  The Resident Dean is expected to be a strong role model who demonstrates confident, steady leadership, a high degree of organization, the ability to manage adults under demanding circumstances, and the skills of a parent, counselor, and mentor.  The Resident Dean  is a 12 month position, housing to be determined.
