SALES AND MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

 

Purpose of the Job: 

 Oversee the strategy and execution of several mission critical projects. This position will be accountable for successfully driving and launching key initiatives by creating business plans, leading project teams, coordinating and managing 3rd party partners (data analysis, building call centers, identifying lead aggregators) and providing related marketing, sales, customer service, legal and IT support to achieve revenue and profit goals. This position will be accountable for establishing business processes, conducting business analyses and defining business requirements. 

Responsibilities and Typical Activities:Business plan and RFP creationConvert proposals/ideas to business realityContract development and executionPresentations to vendors, third parties, prospects and senior managementManage execution of sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenueAnalyses of ROI, CPM, CPAResearch and identify list of outsourcing vendors and market opportunitiesNegotiate pricing from outsourcing vendors

Required Experience:Experience in education preferred but not requiredKnowledge of Call Center Operations as well as internet driven lead generation is desirable but not required.  Strong interpersonal skillsProven track record in managing complex projectsDemonstrated project management and organizational skills. Track record of increasing responsibility and high-performanceExcellent communication skills. Critical thinking and creative problem solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
