Overview 

We’re looking for a creative and energetic SPED teacher to facilitate language arts or science classes (averaging 5 students per class) at our DOE-approved alternative day school for students with psychiatric disabilities, age range 10-21. The school features 3 components: academic, therapeutic, & adventure-based learning and provides a highly supportive working environment. 

 

Qualifications/Requirements  
B.A. required; Special Ed certification is preferred, however we will consider candidates who are eligible for a waiver. 216-day contract. Salary: 33K-36K with excellent benefits.
