You will be responsible for the growth, management and overall leadership for a team of 10-12 salespeople.  You will be responsible for daily performance expectations as well as complete compliance adherence and you will be given regular opportunities to engage in strategic planning with executive management.  This is a perfect opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking to build a career in a rapidly growing company.

Requirements:

* Track record of success in sales

* Sales management background required (preferably in an inside sales environment)

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Must be highly motivated and solutions-oriented

 

Compensation:

Starting: $40,000 - $55,000 + monthly bonus after 90 days of employment.
