School Director

We are a $75 million proprietary education company with 21 schools and growing. Our brands include Tidewater Tech, Aviation Institute of Maintenance, and Centura College.

 

In Hampton Roads, Virginia, we are looking for a School Director, a dynamic leader with a proven track record of meeting goals.

 

Responsibilities:  Success in P&L responsibility, labor relations, achieving admissions starts, operations, accreditation, team building, student relations and financial aid. Retention, placement, motivation of staff, training. Default management, regulatory audits. Budget preparation and tracking. Excellent ability to attract and hire campus personnel.

Qualifications:At least 2 yrs for-profit school experience Experience with EEOC and Human Resources a plusMinimum of a Bachelor Degree required
