Senior Manager, Revenue OperationsMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Prepare annual goals and objectives for the respective area of revenue responsibility.? Prepare budgets for operation area of responsibility. ? Implement programs and new policies as determined by the EOHHS and the Revenue Operations Director. Prepares annual revenue goals and program objectives for area of responsibility. ? Evaluates the efficiency of operations by reviewing reports and information from staffing order to determine what improvements are needed.? Directs and manages revenue program by monitoring the progress of revenues and analyzing the data and reports.? Provides staff with supervision and direction regarding revenue policies and procedures.? Makes recommendations for priorities and program implementations.? Prepares annual revenue goals and program objectives for area of responsibility. ? Evaluates the efficiency of operations and makes recommendations for program improvements.? Works on revenue management projects. Identifies state programs that may be eligible to receive FFP from the Federal Government.? Develop and implement standards to be used for program monitoring and evaluation.? Oversee and monitor activities of assigned unit.? Provides on the job training and orientation for employees? Develop and implement procedures and guidelines to accomplish project objectives and goals.? Review and analyze data concerning assigned projects in order to determine progress and effectiveness and to make recommendations for changes in procedures.? Responds to inquiries from EOHHS staff concerning assigned projects.? Performs related duties such as attending staff meetings, maintaining records and preparing reports.? Ability to work on a professional level with EOHHS and other government agencies.? Ability to work individually as well as being a team member?? Work internally and externally to resolve discrepancies and/or obtain data and documentation for reports and projects.Requirements: MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING: ? Masters Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration or Health Care Administration and at least 3 years experience in fiscal management, finance, public administration or health care OR? Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration or Health Care Administration and at least 7 years experience in fiscal management, finance, public administration or health care? Proven skills in financial management, or operational management ? Thorough knowledge of funding and revenue sources for health and human service programs? Thorough knowledge of the federal and Massachusetts state regulations associated with the federal entitlement programs, federal claiming and reimbursement and block grant programs? Experience with contract development and management? Strong management and leadership skills.?
