Position Description:
System 44 Product Manager / Sr. Product ManagerPurpose of the Job:The System 44 Product Manager will be responsible for launching a groundbreaking new digital learning product, System 44, and growing revenue through effective sales support, lead generation, product enhancements, pricing and promotional activity. The System 44 Product Manager will: Be the expert on product information including technology, teaching and student materialsManage the creation of product samplers and sales collateral for use by field staff Be available to field sales, operations, customer service, design and editorial to problem-solve and close issues Work with channel marketers to execute marketing campaigns across direct and indirect channels (advertising, conventions, catalogs, website, direct marketing initiatives and sales Launch new enhancements and products to the field sales forceWrite custom responses to complex customer questionsKey Responsibilities:Maintain expert knowledge on market for reading intervention products in K – 12 schoolsLead competitive analysis efforts to inform Keep field sales force up to date on latest information about products, positioning for new market segments and competitive intelligenceWork with sales team to develop specific product presentation tools for the field to ensure deep selling expertise (sales presentations, brochures, price lists, etc.)Keep website up to date with latest product information Represent marketing in weekly production status meetings and inform changes to product development, components, packaging and materialsRepresent marketing in monthly Sales & Operations meetings to provide sales forecasts taking into account normal business and promotional activities Coordinate corporate resources to ensure successful, on-time and cost-effective completion of projects
Qualifications:
