Senior QA Professional – Long Term Contract or Permanent

 

PSSI has an excellent opportunity for a talented Senior QA individual to join one of our clients located in the Somerville area.  Most of the work will, however, be done is Connecticut.

 

General Summary:

Our client currently seeking a QA professional that meets the following criteria:Experience doing QA on enterprise solutions with multiple web-based applications Experience with SharePoint, Active Directory, Web-based .NET applicationsExperience with building use cases, test cases, and testing plans is a mustExperience with automated testing a bonusMust be willing to help shape our corporate QA processMust be strongly independent and able to proceed without a lot of hand holdingExperience with oversees developers strongly preferredMust be able to operate in a virtual environmentAbility to be on-site in Hartford a strong plus, mandatory at times (but not always)Excellent command of written and spoken English Must be able to create professional, client-facing documentsStrong skills in Visio, Word, Excel, etc. Must have a reasonable (non-developer) understanding of  .NET, Java, SQL-Server, Windows, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
