Summary:
The person in this full-time regular position is responsible for production, packaging and distribution of instructional videos and multimedia for the college.  He/she works closely with Learning Resources staff and college faculty in the use of instructional technologies including the operation of audio-visual equipment and the preparation of materials and training.

Qualifications: 
An associate degree in instructional technology, computer technology or related field preferred. Transcripts must meet standards of one of the regional accrediting bodies as recognized by the Council for Higher Education (CHEA), i.e., Southern Association of Colleges & Schools, etc., as applicable.
Must have experience in an educational media or corporate training setting.
Must have experience in operation of video, audio and multimedia hardware, production/editing hardware and software.
Experienced in editing video using Final Cut Pro and QuickTime or equivalents, PowerPoint, Audacity or equivalent, and Flash.
Basic understanding of web design and learning management systems e.g. Moodle, Blackboard.
Must have the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
Must have demonstrated proficiency in the operation of personal computers, printers, scanners, data projectors, TV, and sound recording equipment.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including periodic evening and weekends.
