Sr. Brand Manager - CPA/CPE

A rapidly growing company, founded in 1971, Bisk Education, which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities, is expanding its staff.

 

The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of the CPA/CPE  product lines and marketing programs for this multi-million dollar business.  The two top priorities will be to drive customer loyalty/satisfaction and ensure that we meet or exceed our financial targets.   Principal duties and responsibilities

 Manage individual Programs to meet unit, revenue and profit forecastsAnalyze business results, forecast trends, and make recommendations for changes in marketing plansEvaluate monthly spending against plan and recommend changes as needed throughout the year

 Develop and lead execution of marketing plan to existing and prospective customersEvangelize brand vision and short-term/long-term strategy across multiple functional partners Drive consumer insight and implications for the business throughout the year; conduct research as needed to support marketing program recommendationsManage/influence telemarketing and corporate sales teams Identify business opportunities, and initiate marketing programs that effectively increase customer satisfaction/loyalty and drive profitabilityLead and/or approve development of all marketing and sales materials including packaging, direct marketing, retail point of purchase, online content and sales training

 Lead team's annual planning cycle Lead review of prior year's business performanceLead sales channels in development of channel marketing plans and forecastParticipate in development of brand/product 3-year strategy

 Drive new product development to maintain our leadership position in the market with the most up-to-date and comprehensive materials.  Ensure the successful definition, scope, delivery and maintenance of all products (software, online, CD/DVD, audio, video and textbooks).  Accountable for maintaining and adhering to the overall product release schedules.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

 7+ years of business/marketing experience with P&L responsibility desired4+ years of brand management experience in e-commerce or technology company with demonstrated ability to grow sales, drive new products into the market via direct and/or indirect sales channels is desiredExperience in working with direct marketing, B to B and B to C is a strong plusExperience with the accounting professional market is a strong plusStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsAble to lead cross-functional teams and drive results because you have keen customer insight, vision, and strong project management skillsAble to lead/coach/influence others who are not direct reportsStrategic thinker - while driving excellence in executionVery strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCreative Highly organized and detailedBalance analysis with judgment
