Step By Step Montessori Schools strives to maintain and retain quality staff.  Our staff turnover is among the lowest in the industry.  Our Lead Montessori Teachers are all Montessori Certified and many of our Assistant Teachers and Classroom Aides have either a four year degree or are working towards a four year degree.

Job Description: Step By Step Montessori School of St Anthony is seeking an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program.  Post-Secondary education and related experience is preferred. Employee Status: Full-Time with benefits. Experience Required: * Must meet Assistant Teacher Qualifications as designated by Department of Human Services Rule 3 * Must maintain current certification in Child Care First Aid and CPR * Must have the physical strength and stamina to work on a consistent basis with children. Experience Preferred: * Prefer experience with Early Childhood.
