Student Services Representative

PC ProSchools, Wisconsin's Premier provider of Information Technology (IT) Training and certification is seeking a Student Services Representative to join our Grand Rapids Team.

The Student Services Representative is responsible for coordinating the activities of student services in support of the policies, goals, and objectives established by the Manager of Student Services. Candidate will work with our students by monitoring student attendance and helping students complete their education.

Roles & Responsibilities are to:Regulate Student files electronicallyAct as a liaison between students, instructors, and Manager of Student Services.Update and manage student watch listTrack/schedule student certification testingCoordinate mentor scheduling between student and instructorsMonitor student progressReview student services responsibilities to coordinate current policies and proceduresManage Test CenterOther miscellaneous responsibilities

Qualifications:Knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional attitude Detail oriented and ability to multi-taskAbility to follow business practice/processesThe desire to help others succeed in their career goalsPreferred 1-3 years of Teaching, Coaching, or Mentoring experienceBachelor Degree/Associates Degree Preferred or equivalent experience
