Substance Abuse Program Director - West Slope Casa

West Slope Options, LLC, West Slope Casa (WSC), is seeking a full-time Substance Abuse Director.  This position provides clinical leadership in the area of addictive behaviors and promotes an integrated system of substance abuse treatment services in Western Colorado.  The Substance Abuse Director is the primary clinical authority for WSC and provides training and consultation to network providers, as well as provides philosophical, clinical, and staff development leadership in the area of addictive behaviors.  This position disseminates information and resources regarding treatment, intervention, and prevention services.  The Substance Abuse Director is charged with spearheading strategic planning for substance abuse treatment services within West Slope-Options, LLC; leads process to develop clinical approaches to co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders. 

Flexibility in work locations is a plus - this position can be housed out of any of the participating Mental Health Centers on the Western Slope or may work out of home.  Travel to Denver and throughout Western Colorado required; Masters Degree required, Ph.D. preferred; Certified Addiction Counselor III certificate or LAC required and must be able to pass the MAC exam to become a core trainer for ADAD.
