Candidates must have 1 year experience, exhibit an air of professionalism both in appearance & conduct, and consider education of students to be the primary role in the classroom.  Teachers must demonstrate the ability of providing a nurturing, caring and stable classroom.  Little Tyke Centers and their curriculum provides a setting for varied opportunities for creative learning, keeping with the child's intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth. Little Tyke currently operates thirteen centers in Tarrant, Johnson and Parker Counties. Discounted Daycare - Following an employee's first year employment anniversary, they shall receive free child care for the oldest child who attends the center. All other children in the family shall attend at a 50% rate. Employees with infants shall pay 75% of the daily service fee until the child reaches 18 months of age. After reaching 18 months the employee shall only pay 50% of the daily service fee.

Tuition Reimbursement - Little Tyke will reimburse up to $10.00 per credit hour for classes taken and passed with a ‘C’ letter grade or above. (College or University)

 

Educational Employees Credit Union    - EECU offers a wide range of  services for all of your financial needs including payroll deduction for saving and loans

 

 Family Referral  - Little Tyke will pay an employee $25.00 for each family referral that enrolls at a Little Tyke Center.

 

$100.00 Suggestion  - Little Tyke will pay an employee $100.00 for suggestions submitted and subsequently implemented company wide.
