The Real Estate Office at Dartmouth College has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Tenant Coordinator.  This key individual will oversee residential leasing and tenant relations activities.  Additional duties would include:

 

·  Preparation of residential leasing and lease administration;

·  Maintaining positive relationships with all tenants; responding to tenant requests and needs as appropriate;

·  Respond to tenant inquiries relating to maintenance work;

·  Perform periodic and routine building inspections;

·  Updating property maintenance database.

 

Qualifications for this position include:

 

·  4 years relevant leasing and property management experience;

·  Bachelors degree;

·  Excellent communication skills;

·  Experience working with Excel and Filemaker;

·  Possible evening and weekend hours.
