Trainer, Epic Systems

We are currently seeking an Epic Systems Trainer to join our award winning Learning & Development Team.  This position is based out of 4901 Searle in Skokie with training locations at Evanston, Glenbrook and Highland Park Hospitals.

In this role, you will:Train ENH Epic end-users on registration, scheduling and billing modules through classroom instruction and one-on-one coachingTranslate the details of the Epic software to the end-users' work environment and responsibilitiesCreate and adapt instructional design materials as needed for different end-user audiencesWrite scripts for testingWrite and maintain procedural guidelines for ENH workflows as neededProvide feedback on learning obstacles

Our ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:Bachelor's degree, Master's preferred3+ years of training experience3 + years of healthcare operations experience in a medical practice preferredExpertise in Windows-based computer applications required; experience training Windows-based software preferredKnowledge of any Epic software preferred  Knowledge of physician billing preferred
