Training Coordinator and Quality Assurance

TITLE:Training Coordinator and Quality Assurance 

Countryside Association for People with Disabilities has an exciting full time opportunity for a detailed oriented individual to coordinate Agency training and oversee records review with accreditation bodies. This position will coordinate all staff training as it relates to DHS (Department of Human Services) and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) requirements.

The Training and Quality Assurance Coordinator coordinates Agency training and quality assurance functions. 

·Oversee the coordination of staff training as it relates to DHS and CARF requirements. Coordinate DSP and QMRP training throughout Agency, ensuring that all new employees are trained within the first 120 days of employment. Coordinate Case Management/QMRP training throughout Agency.

· Ensure training records are organized and maintained

 

· Oversee billing and other relevant training documentation required by DHS.

·Ensure programs conform to regulation standards of Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Rehabilitation Services (ORS), Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).

· Program outcome results are collected and analyzed and appropriate recommendations are developed for review by the management team.

·Oversee billing and other relevant training documentation required by Department of Human Services.

·Maintain training data base. Coordinate reporting of statiscal data related to quality assurance and training for Agency.

·Maintain and ensure accurate documentation/filing of information in Case Records.

·Collect raw data for statistical reporting as required for program outcomes.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:  Hours and Work Year:

· 40 hours per week.

·12 months per year.

 Education/Training and Experience Requirements:

 

·Bachelor’s degree in social service field, human service field, education, or training and development. Minimum of two years experience working in the social service, education, or training field.

·Possess detailed knowledge and understanding of state regulatory systems.
