Currently, we are searching for Training Professionals in the Philadelphia Metro area including:

Instructional Designers, Course Developers, Technical Writers and Instructors.

Instructional Designers/Course Developers

Required to design, develop, implement and evaluate learning and performance improvement solutions. The ability to specify learning objectives and develop instructionally sound training deliverables in the form of ILT/WBT, and supporting materials including participant and instructor guides, accompanying PPT slides and job aides.Experienced using e-learning tools (i.e. Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Authorware, Dreamweaver, Flash, etc.)

 

Technical Writers

Writers required to create robust documentation for user guides, installation manuals, troubleshooting guides and reference material for both print and online delivery.

 

Trainers/Instructors

Classroom Facilitation for hands-on, training for software systems and/or complex communication platforms.Travel varies per product line.
