Tutor English Conversation to Asians Online Webcam ESL

We are hiring tutors to have ONE on ONE English conversation with Asians using webcam.


This part time job pays $15 / hr, and you can work from the comfort and security of your home or office, via PC (Mac does not work on our system). 
Fluency in Asian languages is not necessary; and long-term commitment is not required. Our video communication platform uses the familiar browser so there are no special software to download.


Our online school is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Tutors can commit to appointments based on your available schedule.  We also have a non-appointment based program, which is open between 8am ~ 11am EDT (5am ~ 8am PDT).  During this time window, we have Asian students who log on without making appointments, to practice their spoken English.  Tutors can log on without committing to appointments and still connect with students.


Qualifications:
ESL experience preferred but not necessary
Be a fluent and native English speaker
Be able to speak clearly and spot grammar mistakes in spoken English
Be an engaging and dynamic conversationalist
Have a PC, webcam, headset, and high speed internet connection


Compensation Structure
You will receive $15 per hour.
Payment will be done once a week via Paypal.
Only connected time will go toward your compensation. The time that you are logged on but not connected to a student will not count toward your pay. When you are logged on, but not connected to a student, the video (webcam) and audio will NOT be connected to our servers, in effect turned OFF, so you can of course attend to your other personal tasks.  There are no fees or cost of any kind to apply, register, or log on. 


Students
Our focus is to help improve student’s speaking and listening skills. All our students can already read, write and speak English past the beginner level. Our students range from high school students to retirees who want to improve their spoken English. We have middle level managers to doctors and lawyers and even housewives who log on to practice their English.

All one on one, PC-to-PC webcam conversations maybe monitored and definitely recorded.
