We are seeking a Regional Admissions Officer to enroll and service students in the Indianapolis region for our Louisville, Kentucky campus.The Admissions Officer's role is to manage inquiries from potential students, assessing their needs and creating an interest in our programs and the University. Prospects are generally high school students and prospecting via the phone, email, text messaging, etc. is vital in this role.  Responsibilities of the position include completing detailed paperwork and following up on all aspects of the admissions process, including assisting applicants through financial planning, registration and orientation.Daily use of a database/contact management system is required, as is assisting with retention efforts for students currently enrolled.

The ideal candidate will live in or close to the Indianapolis, IN area, have sales experience, strong computer, customer service and communication skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend hours as needed.A passion for making a difference in the lives of high school students is a must.
