Massage Therapy Program Manager and Clinic Supervisor - $10,000.00 Bonus Potential!!
High-Tech Institute, a highly recognized educational institution that provides a wide range of degree programs, is currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions at our Las Vegas campus:
Full Time Massage Therapy Program Manager
Full Time Massage Therapy Clinic Supervisor (11am -8pm)
We are now offering a Bonus Potential of up to $10,000.00!!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:
Program Manager
Candidates must be capable of overseeing and ensuring the quality and content of instruction in the department as stated in the objectives of the school and as required by our accrediting body.
Candidate will be responsible for the evaluation of training curriculum and participating in the revision, development, maintenance, and implementation of existing, new and planned programs. Candidate will also manage and coordinate departmental Advisory Board meetings. (Requires at least 6 months of experience teaching or in an educational environment.)
Clinic SupervisorEducate students on appropriate phone skills and making appointments. Educate students on proper SOAP charting.
Supervise performance of students’ managerial skills and massage skills. Handle situations with students and clients. Maintain daily record of student attendance and grades in accordance with School policy/syllabus. Participate in reviewing text and curriculum materials. Attend graduation, scheduled meetings, seminars or conferences.
Qualified candidates must have:
At least an Associate's Degree in Massage Therapy or a closely related field. Minimum of 4 years of recent working experience as a Massage Therapist. (Self Employment experience must be verifiable and will need to be confirmed and transcripts will be requested.) Must be certified with NCBTMB. Management experience is preferred. Good communications skills. Previous teaching experience is desired but it is not required.
