We are looking for an energetic, outgoing and detail oriented candidate to fill open Medical Billing and Coding Instructor and Program Manager positions. You will prepare our students with the knowledge, skills and work ethic required for entry-level positions in the competitive and every day changing medical field. All while you earn a Bonus Potential up to $10,000.00!!
Overview of the position’s responsibilities:
Instructor
Maintain a teaching assignment for each module.
Instruct the assigned course(s) in accordance with the approved curriculum.
Ensure that the quality and quantity of instruction provided in the classroom is consistent with the stated objectives of the school and industry.
Maintain a daily record of student attendance and grades in accordance with school policy.
Ensure that the classroom and school’s atmosphere is conductive to maximum learning and retention of students.
Program Manager
Management experience is preferred along with good communications skills, self-starter, and instruction experience helpful. Candidate will be responsible for the evaluation of training curriculum and participating in the revision, development, maintenance, and implementation of existing, new and planned programs, will also manage and coordinate departmental Advisory Board meetings.
The attributes and qualities that are desired:
A minimum of 4 or more years experience in Medical Billing and Coding
An Associate's degree from an accredited school in Medical Billing and Coding.
Teaching experience is desired but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude.
The desire to help others succeed in their career goals.
