Vice President of Admissions Job Description At Colorado Technical University we believe that each student deserves attention. All faculty and staff are committed to educating the University’s students to achieve success.  We are currently seeking an experienced data entry professional for the following role in the Sears building at our Hoffman Estates, IL location: VICE PRESIDENT OF ADMISSIONS   Responsibilities:· Work with campus presidents to support Directors of Admissions via hiring of departmental personnel, training according to CTU standards and guidelines, monitoring of employee performance, collaborating in personnel decisions, and developing and motivating staff. · Develop, coach and mentor DOAs, Admissions Representatives and admissions staff and supports the performance management process. · Assist DOA’s in managing run rates and start budgets to achieve high activity levels and to meet weekly/monthly goals and targets. · Coordinate campus and divisional meetings as necessary to address relevant admissions issues. · Monitor weekly reports to ensure that all run rates (leads, appointments, interviews, enrollments, starts) are accounted for and assures that numbers are accurately reported for campuses and the division. · Collaborate closely with each campus president, CTU VP of Admissions and IAS Chancellor on marketing plans, training events, and other operational needs related to Admissions. · Work with DOA’s in developing annual marketing budgets, strategies and plans; reviews results and updates/changes with President and Vice President of Finance. · Work with the University Deans and campus staffs to assess program needs, develop new programs, and deliver training for ongoing product knowledge for admissions personnel. · Work with CTU Cabinet, Presidents and University Deans as necessary on appropriate university initiatives.  Requirements:· BS/BA required; Master’s preferred.· 3-5 years experience and proven track record in Admissions/Sales. · Experience with quality assurance and cross-departmental collaboration · Demonstrated managerial experience in public or private industry · Knowledge of university and company policies and procedures, applicable federal and state regulations and accrediting commission standards and requirements relating to admissions · Strong work ethic and ability to manage stress · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Organizational and time management skills· Microsoft Office applications (experience with student information systems preferred)  Please apply online at:   http://cec.net-apply.com/12808 Colorado Technical University – the University of Choice and the University of Choices – provides career-oriented education by teaching applied real-world, industry-current programs in selected areas, serves the needs of students for employment and career advancement, and serves the needs of industry for highly qualified professionals at the associate, bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate levels.
