Walker is seeking a Weekend Overnight Supervisor.

The Walker Residential Program provides support for families and children with high-risk behavior and complex developmental difficulties.

As the Weekend Overnight Supervisor, you will be a part of the residential supervisory team, this individual will supervise the weekday overnight staff and program comprised of 7 residential units. Duties include interviewing, supervision of childcare staff, scheduling and on-going staff trainings. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for children and staff. BA/BS in related field. Must have 2+ years of child care experience in a residential treatment or inpatient setting. Supervisory and experience working with young children strongly preferred.
