Worcester Regional Director for Family Child Care System

 

Statewide Family Child Care System seeks dynamic candidate for full time Director’s position to manage all operations of our Worcester Regional office to ensure delivery of high quality early education and care services. The Director is responsible for hiring, managing and supervising all regional office employees, and ensuring the effective training and development of all staff members and family child care providers. The Director will recruit and maintain quality family child care providers, and lead outreach efforts to ensure continued growth in enrollment and parent satisfaction. Represent the agency with outside groups: state agencies, community organizations and the Resource and Referral agencies. The Director also coordinates with social workers, trainers, familie. The Director also oversees transportation services and provider payroll and billing. The successful candidate must have strong organizational, communication, networking and outreach,  and computer skills.

 

Bilingual required (Spanish and English). Degree, EEC or CDA certification. Knowledge of EEC regulations and policies. Valid driver’s license and use of car required.  Salary based on experience and education. Competitive benefits.
