We are searching for a 2nd Shift Reverse Logistics/Rebox Supervisor to add to our growing team.  Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

« Ensure execution of daily operations within the department

« Budget execution and adherence

« Account for production, supervision and discipline of employees

« Monitor and evaluate employees based on goals and standards

« Compile production and personnel statistics into spreadsheets or databases

« Verify employee time/payroll information, authorize overtime

« Reinforce policy and procedure compliance

« Coordinate with other departments within the company

« Respond to and solve production problems

« Train employees on job specific duties

« Make suggestions and show initiative for process improvements

« Communicate with customers, vendors and employees 

« Assist Department Manager with planning and budget process

« Other duties as assigned

 

To be successful in the role of 2nd Shift Reverse Logistics/Rebox Supervisor, your qualifications will include:EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

« BA Degree Preferred

« Previous production & manufacturing experience strongly preferred

« Two years in a fast paced, high volume production environment

« Two years Inventory Control Experience

« Rebox experience strongly preferred

« Kitting experience preferred

« Process improvement experience

« Daily reporting experience

« Two years supervision of 15 or more employees required

« Intermediate skill level in Excel & Word required

« High degree of verbal and written communication skills

« English fluency required
