For our Wilmington, MA location we are currently seeking an IC Designer whose responsibilities will include

 

·  Analog and mixed-signal IC design, product definition, verification, and design for test.

·  Specific activities will include design and verification of phase-locked loops, crystal oscillators, and other related circuitry. 

·  Design opportunities may also include some LNA/Mixer design.  

·  Ability to build effective relationships with other corporate sites doing circuit design.       

 

Requirements are

 MSEE with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Analog and mixed-signal IC design.Familiarity with device physics, transistor and gate level design, spice circuit simulation, and CMOS layout.  Ability to work and communicate well with other engineers and provide effective guidance to layout designers.          



Specific experience in phase-lock loops, oscillators, LNA and mixer design is a plus, but will train a qualified candidate with a strong desire to learn. The job may require the ability to travel domestically and internationally on occasion.
