We’re opening a new search for a full-fledged electronics design engineer--an experienced, all-purpose systems engineer who is familiar with modern electronics manufacturing and design methodologies along with sustaining engineering and evolutionary design & development.  We need a versatile from-scratch contributor on our New Product Introduction design team.  Examples of technical content and skills such an individual will bring might include:

 

-EE for circuit design and FPGA/ASICs optimization; control logic for mechanism stability and Image acquisition; scan head, speed, & device electronics cost, producibility, and reliability tradeoffs

 

-Control logic capability; mastery of Electro-Optical complexity involving both OCR and magnetic reading; communication credibility to interface between moving and static subsystems as well as external systems

 

- Cost engineering or Values Engineering experience to help with new product generation specifically designed to be low cost from the beginning, featuring increased performance; reliability, and easier integration (with other systems) --
