Murata Electronics North America, Inc., a leading international electronic components organization is seeking an Application Development Engineer for our Smyrna, Georgia office. This is a great OPPORTUNITY to join an exciting company and to become a part of a winning team!
The successful candidate will be managing the appropriate Murata resources to provide total design-in support and technical assistance to customers, with strategic focus on designated key accounts.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, refining, implementing, and managing strategic plans to discover & develop new business opportunities for all Murata product lines.
- Sales Promotion - Customer visits, tradeshows, etc.
- Research technical and market trends.
- Technical papers and articles
- Other duties as required.
Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, semiconductor knowledge, organizational & communication skills, experience in account management.
- Ability to effectively coordinate all aspects (technical, business) related to specific account(s) for maximum satisfaction of the customer (s).
- Good communication and people skills required for customer interface.
- Very self motivated with good problem solving aptitude.
