We are seeking an Acute Healthcare Sales Representative to have overall account responsibility for growing the revenue of assigned territory and/or accounts. You will target select large hospital accounts (possibly an ambulatory geographic territory), and work to penetrate these accounts at C-level or necessary decision levels with a strategic sales methodology. In this consultative sales role, the Acute Healthcare Sales Representative will look for opportunities to present Ricoh?s full complement of products and services, including a wide range of network-ready document management systems, enterprise solutions, software solutions, technical services, eSupport, and a variety of outsourcing solutions. As such, you will pinpoint areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline workflow and increase operating efficiency. The focus will be split between existing business maintenance/management and new business development. Specific responsibilities include:*Blueprinting and researching all assigned accounts and territory.*Developing, maintaining, and growing customer relationships at the executive level and decision support levels.*Promoting and selling the Ricoh portfolio to the executive level, including CEO, CFO, CIO, clinical operations, and pertinent director levels.*Setting short and long-term strategic account direction, aligned with customer needs and goals.*Working as needed with the supporting sales teams*Building, maintaining, and growing GPO relationships in your area.*Accurately forecasting and achieving sales results for both the short and long term that meet company objectives. Qualified candidates will possess: 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven successful track record, ideally with organizations in the document management niche and/or within the healthcare technology/provider sector.?Consultative selling experience selling innovative technology products and/or services (preferred).?Demonstrated knowledge and superior sales consultative skills.?Solid PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.?The ability to build smooth and long-term client relationships with executive levels and adapt to changing personnel within the customer environment.?Strong strategic sales planning and tactics, as well as long-term visionary planning.?The ability to be hands-on (meet with and ?close? customers) and successfully accomplish the sales function build-out on scale with the growth of the business and the market. ?The ability to relate closely to the customers and their needs, and to stay on top of the constantly changing healthcare marketplace as it relates to the company?s products, services, and customer applications.?The ability to hit the ground running and ramp quickly in difficult situations.?Persistence and tenacity, with solid communications and interpersonal skills?Sound strategic thinking abilities Ricoh Americas Corporation offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical/dental, 401(k), pension plan, and more.
