Accountant

Coilcraft, Inc., founded in 1945, is an established worldwide organization specializing in the manufacturing of magnetic components with headquarters located in Cary, Illinois. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our accounting/finance team.


Responsibilities:Prepare and analyze monthly consolidated financial statements. Assist with the maintenance and improvement of a worldwide cost reporting process. Monitor and review manufacturing efficiencies and cost drivers and communicate information to managers. Ensure inventory is accurately reported via report analysis and account reconciliations. Make appropriate recommendations and advise of the impact on the business.


Requirements:Strong general accounting skills with exposure to cost accounting and standard costing. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. Strong Excel and database skills a must. Experience with MAPICS a plus. A creative problem-solver who is well organized, takes initiative, and thrives on multi-tasking. Minimal overseas travel is possible.
