Job Description Accounting Manager - Revenue Recognition  Accounting Manager ( Revenue Manager) Salary:  $85,000 - $100,000 Veritude, a Fidelity Investments Company, onsite at Varian Semiconductor is recruiting for a Revenue Recognition Manager who will manage the development, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more accounting systems in accordance with GAAP policies and procedures.  You will establish operational objectives and plans to meet and improve finance operations.  Responsibilities: Ensure proper revenue recognition of all equipment shipments. Ensure revenue recognition policy is followed and in compliance with GAAP. Review tool purchase orders prior to booking for potential revenue recognition issues. Support Marketing and Sales Departments with annual budgets, rolling four quarter forecasts, etc. Ensure compliance with revenue hedging of tools. Run special projects, both financial and operational. Recommend and implement process improvements.  Qualifications: BS in Accounting and CPA required. Individuals must be capable of interacting independently with peers and management, possess excellent communication and analytical skills, work under deadlines and multitask. Candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance and in a Big 4 CPA firm preferred.
