Learn more about ADC at www.adc.com.  JOB DESCRIPTION:  We are seeking an Acquisition Integration Project Management Office (PMO) Leader to join our Corporate Team located at our World Headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. Reporting to ADC’s VP, Human Resources and Chief Administrative Office in charge of Acquisition Integration Readiness, the purpose of this role is to provide project management expertise and support to ADC’s acquisition integration efforts..  This position is focused on providing effective and efficient project management skills and techniques while leveraging and improving ADC's defined approaches and tools.  This role serves as a resource to  the designated Business Unit Integration Leader and the integration teams on a broad range of projects to ensure alignment of efforts across all functional teams and alignment of the strategic objectives of the acquisition. Responsibilities will include the following:  Support the acquisition integration leader in a wide array of integration topics such as assisting functional leadership in establishing initial project objects and timelines, identifying and leading teams to resolve multifunctional issues, and highlighting and driving resolution of issues relative to strategic alignment. Serve as an internal expert on acquisition integration processes, and the support tool. Ensure effective utilization of defined acquisition processes and tools; training and serving as a resource to integration leader and the functional integration leaders. Closely monitor integration projects relative to decision processes, key linkages, milestones and progress to milestones. Drive visibility to project issues and concerns; taking proactive steps and communications to ensure project milestones are understood and met. Support the effective management of integration team meetings; planning agendas, preparing summaries and identifying and facilitating discussion topics Between acquisition efforts, support Corporate Center improvement efforts by providing project leadership on multifunction improvement efforts REQUIREMENTS:  Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 10+ years of broad professional-level business experience; 3-5 years of experience leading and managing complex projects; Qualilfied candidates will have an strong understanding of the interdependencies and importance of functional groups to the success of the organization; 50 to 75 % travel required - travel requirement to depend on specifics of acquisition.  Must be highly flexible to meet the needs of the acquisition; Strong project management skills required; Adeptness with project planning systems tools - must quickly become expert at M&A accelerator tool; Excellent interpersonal skills - effective at leading projects in a manner that builds and maintains positive interpersonal relationships; Should have a broad understanding of the various business functions, and how they connect across the entire enterprise; Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills in supporting of defining processes and discussions to resolve complex issues; Courageous leader capable of ensuring that conflicts and controversial topics are dealt with directly and objectively. REASONS TO WORK FOR ADC:  We’re Growing Competitive Compensation and Benefits Opportunities for Advancement Fast-Paced and High Energy Global Company Innovative Products and Technology We Give Back to the Community Committed to Customer, Quality, Innovation, Teamwork and Integrity BENEFITS:  INSURANCE: Health and Dental is effective the first day of employment PAID TIME OFF (PTO): 20 days for Full-Time, 10 days for Part-Time PAID HOLIDAYS: 8 days with floating holidays BASIC LIFE INSURANCE: Two times your base annual earnings TUITION REIMBURSEMENT: $5,250 per calendar year of eligible expenses 401K MATCH PLAN EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PLAN ADC is an Equal Opportunity Employer, www.adc.com/careers.
