Yoh has an opportunity for an Administration D-I to join our customer in Washington, DC. The selected candidate will have a key daily presence in Harris/RF’s Washington office.
Job Responsibilities
• Support 5-7 individuals in Business Development/Sales.
• Maintain expense reports for the Business Development/Sales team.
• Prepares documents, spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
• Creates and/or maintains appropriate logs, databases, inventories, filing, status reports/tracking.
• Arrange customer meetings including catered food service, meeting schedules.
• Arrange travel for supported RF personnel through corporate travel.
• Performs a variety of general administrative and customer support tasks.
Qualifications
• High School degree plus a minimum of 6-10 years related administrative experience.
• A.S. Degree a plus.
• Must be flexible in the face of changing priorities, have good communication skills, and the ability to interact positively with all levels within the organization including high-level customers, Corporate counterparts, in addition to projecting a positive professional image of Harris in all interactions.
• Must have excellent phone skills to interface with executive and corporate staff.
• Must have ability to anticipate assistance needs, a high degree of initiative to begin action, and the ability to work well independently.
• Must be very well organized and have experience maintaining confidential records. Excellent oral and writing skills a must. Attention to detail is expected.
• Must be able to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
• Able to work in high-pressure environment at times due to customer-driven demands and multiple changing priorities.
• Must be able to work independently and take initiative during periods of low activity
• Willing to work some extended hours when necessary.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and database experience running and manipulating reports.
• Able to obtain a SECRET Level Security Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Permanent Resident or Citizen.
