Administration - Sales, Finance

Real Time Services is an audio visual integration firm specializing in commercial environments. We leverage the latest audio visual technologies to improve our customers’ ability to communicate efficiently and with impact.

We have multiple administrative positions available and are currently seeking high energy people with excellent communication and computer skills to join our Administration teams in the areas of Sales and Finance.

Sales Administration: Provide critical support to our sales force and work with our engineers and operations management to perform product research, pricing analysis and proposal development.

Finance Administration: Ensure the efficiency of internal order processing and inventory controls. Work with our Senior Systems Administrator to manage strategic relationships, respond to RFP's and bid solicitations.

You must be an MS Word and MS Excel “power user” and enjoy the process of validating details. Our ideal candidate will be flexible, self motivated, confident and highly organized. You must have 3+ years experience in an office environment. An Associates or Bachelor's Degree is required.

The position is conveniently located at our Times Square, NYC office.

This position allows for excellent growth opportunities within the Company. A supervisory position is quickly attainable for the right candidate.
