Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for a wide scope of administrative tasks pertaining to the Eastern Sales Region.Major Functions: Coordinates special projects Acts as a liaison to other departments Creates and maintains databases Types letters, statements, proposals, memos, agendas, statistical reports, etc Arranges and schedules meetings Makes travel arrangementsSkills & Abilities: Must be proficient in office organization and management Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Must be able to work independently Must be able to multi-task Must be a self-starter Excellent oral and written communication skills Education and Experience: High school graduate Associates Degree and Bachelors Degree a plus Minimum 3 years office management experience    Leviton is an AA/EEO employer.
