Our continued success and growth has produced a need for the following position in our Columbia, MD office: Position Title: Technical Service Representative – Electronic Systems Service Responsibilities: The primary function of this position is to provide reliable, high quality customer support through on-site maintenance services performed on Simplex and other manufacturer’s equipment.  Candidate must possess strong problem solving /troubleshooting ability, as well as excellent written/verbal communication and outstanding customer service skills.  Professional appearance and attitude are a must. Duties include, but are not limited to: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services, such as troubleshooting, repair, program changes,training, etc., in support of customer’s installed electronic system. Maintain professional, timely, communication with customers to assure problem resolution.
