Appliance Service Technician - NO travel required!

This is a full time temporary opportunity with an established company here in the Augusta area! Great Monday through Friday schedule! This position is responsible for supporting after sale support service strategy.  Extensive knowledge of all aspects of refrigeration is required as the representative will provide high quality and timely appliance repair diagnostics. Must be a team player and work well in a fast paced environment.Must have proficient computer skills and great customer service!  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.      Interact with dealers, customers and service technicians to provide technical diagnostic tools to aid in proper repair2.      Interact with factories about quality issues and provide technical feedback 3.      Meet established metrics for phone answer rates4.      Provide feedback to leadership for incorporation into the training program and product manufacturing improvements5.      Record actions taken during service calls for tracking 6.      Maintain a dedication to providing exceptional customer service7.      Perform additional duties as assigned  Apply today at www.SPHERION.com/jobs  Reference job ID : 100930708   Since 1946, Spherion has been helping talented individuals find rewarding job opportunities that drive excellence in their career.
