As an Associate System Designer, you will enhance our customers lives by creating customized solutions for their entertainment needs. Working in a commissioned retail environment, you will partner with Custom Installation Project Mangers and senior sales staff to survey residential job sites, design a system tailored to the customers expectations, negotiate terms and coordinate the delivery and installation of goods. Your primary focus will be to deliver difficult concepts in a package that customers can easily understand while exceeding sales goals. Your schedule will have the flexibility to work with customers on their terms - 30% of your time spent in the field with as an outside sales consultant and 70% on the retail sales floor assisting walk-in clientele. This will give you established time out of the store to site survey, self-market and build your clientele.The Associate System Designer role is the first step on a fast-track career path in professional sales.
