A Wafer Sort Process Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for applying knowledge of engineering, mathematics, science, and computer sciences to identify, analyze, and solve complex wafer testing issues. Complex wafer testing issues include, but are not limited to, qualifying and modifying test program, qualifying and modifying new tools and processes, improving product yield, perform test failure analysis, maintaining and improving product quality, assist in maintaining and improving productivity/capacity, reducing manufacturing costs, developing new processes, training and working with other individuals & groups, including suppliers, customers, subcontractors and production.
