Job Description: 

Description Primary activities include hardware design, technical documentation, lab evaluation, and technical customer support for audio amplifiers. Responsibilities will also include technical support to marketing in product promotion and product roadmap feature specification.

Responsibilities Design, implementation, and lab evaluation of audio amplifier evaluation and FPGA prototype boards. Write Labview code for automated testing of evaluation circuits. Application circuit design of audio filters and power supply systems for audio amplifiers. Creations of audio amplifier IC data sheets and application notes.Lab support of IC validation. Pre-sale and post-sale technical customer support. Competitive product analysis and lab evaluation.

Education Requirements: BS in Electrical Engineering; MS preferred

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in application engineering and customer technical support.Good knowledge of power audio system design. Good knowledge of power audio testing and measurement. Experience with automating measurements with bench equipment. Working knowledge designing, implementing, testing and debugging application boards. Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and positive attitude.

Additional skills in one or more of the following areas are highly desirable: Overall audio system design. Working knowledge of lab test automation. EMI measurement and characterization. FPGA HW and logic design. Passive filter design. Technical writing
