Audio/Visual Associate Creative Director

Requirements
As part of the Corporate Communications department, the Audio/Visual Associate Creative Director is responsible for creative development on audio/visual (A/V) projects including TV commercials, infomercials, and retail product demonstrations. The A/V ACD participates in project scoping with business stakeholders and collaborates with producers and creative colleagues (creative directors, writers, art directors) throughout development and production. As an A/V specialist, this individual is also expected to share knowledge and contribute to the development of creative staff to further advance our in-house offering. This position reports to the Managing Associate Creative Director of the Audio/Visual Production Team.

Skills
Qualified candidates must have a passion for technology and quality audio for video. Also required are the ability to develop compelling stories as well as adapt and leverage creative solutions for A/V use via the web, broadcast, cinema, in-store demonstrations, and other emerging media. Applicants must have a successful track record of working with creative teams to develop concepts, and production and post-production teams to ensure the integrity of those concepts through final execution. As such, candidates must be strong strategic thinkers with significant detail orientation.

A degree in communication arts combined with 10+ years experience in video/film production and creative direction are required. Exceptional writing and design skills are also desired.
