Some of the outstanding benefits our associates enjoy include: Competitive compensation Matching 401(k) Corporate culture of promotion from within Ongoing training and career development Comprehensive health & dental plans Vacation plan  Audio Visual Installation Technician Position Summary: Assist lead installers with installations of AV systems at various customer sites.  This includes pulling and terminating cabling, hanging projectors and other display devices, installation of audio and VC equipment, and control systems.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Low voltage cabling installation Inventory maintenance· This person will have to pull wire, install wall plates and good soldering skills are needed.· Good customer skills a must and will overweigh experience in the trade. Position Requirements: Experience in commercial AV installations, familiarity with Crestron/AMX controls a plus. Working knowledge of basic hand tools. Good mechanical/fabrication and soldering skills are helpful.· This person will sometimes have to travel for periods of 2 to 4 days. The job involves some heavy lifting and the person will sometimes have to go up on a lift 25-30 feet. EOE
