BAW Crystal Process & Equipment Engineer

 

Description:

The BAW Crystal Process & Equipment Engineer is responsible for providing support for the Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) crystal process.  This position is located in our Hudson, New Hampshire headquarters. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide engineering support for BAW crystal process  (processes include but are not limited to crystal cleaning, etching, testing, and metal deposition) Sustain existing manufacturing process and identify and execute improvement projects Serve as equipment engineer to design and build custom process equipment for automated processing of BAW crystals Support and improve production equipment as well as the development of new process equipment as needed including mechanical design work, instrumentation and controls, and programming

Required Competencies: BS in an Engineering Discipline with 5+ years of applicable experience Strong Process Troubleshooting and problem solving skills Statistical Process Control and Data Analysis Techniques Demonstrated Interpersonal/Communication and Teamwork skills In depth knowledge of crystal/semiconductor processing such as cleaning, wet & dry etching, and metal deposition

Desired Competencies: Knowledge of Vacuum Systems and Technology Process Development/Optimization skills Visual Basic Programming PLC programming (RSLogix, RSView) Electrical Controls and Instrumentation Design System design for batch etching equ9iment Mechanical Design AutoCAD, Solidworks
