Rand Technology is a leading international distributor of electronic components servicing the global electronics industry. Our global headquarters in Irvine California is now recruiting a Bilingual English - Spanish Speaking Sales Assistant to work directly with one of our top Account Managers.

You will assist the Account Manager review and manage all aspects of the sales cycle from requisition creation to shipment confirmation. You will assist in achieving sales objectives as well as cultivate new customers/relationships.  You will be interacting with emerging companies as well as Fortune 500 organizations.

To be successful, you must possess the following attributes: Bilingual English - Spanish, team-oriented, self-motivated, focused, enthusiastic, ability to think outside the box and problem solve, excellent communications skills, and a can-do attitude. You should have a strong grasp of Microsoft office,  be able to compose well-written and concise e-mails, and have a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales environment. However we are willing to train the right candidate!
