Sales / Service Position - Westboro, Massachusetts

In this position you will receive and make telephone calls, mostly in response to advertisements regarding Bose products and services. A primary function of this position is to provide an exceptional customer purchasing experience by presenting solutions that fit the customer's audio system needs.

Skills
The position requires strong knowledge retention of the organization, products, and its policies and procedures, as well as maintaining strong sales and service proficiencies.
Previous sales or call center experience a plus. The ability to communicate in writing and verbally English and French.
