Change Analyst - Document Control Coordinator

Optium Corporation is a high technology manufacturer located in Horsham, PA. To help support our explosive growth we are seeking a document control coordinator. (We will train you if you have the administrative skills we are looking for )

 General Purpose

Provide Support to Engineering Community and Document Control Essential FunctionsManage the flow of Engineering changes through company product data management system (AGILE). Review AGILE documents and parts/items with respect to Configuration Management (CM) guidelines. Maintain/Manage Oracle ERP attributes related to: item and bill of material setup, item routing, material handling, and item cost. Manage transfer of information from Agile to Oracle E-business suite. (Agile ChangeCAST and related interface in Oracle E-Business Suite) Monitor and Correct discrepancies between AGILE and Oracle E-Business Suite (attributes mentioned above) Create manufacturing data necessary for Companies custom MES system (ATE – mkbomctx – make bom context for all new Finished Goods and PWB assemblies.) Additional responsibilities include document accuracy, document conformity to company policies and procedures, obsolete document management, and the control of formats/templates, revisions and distribution of records.Qualifications2 – 5 years in Document control or in an administrative support position, preferably in the manufacturing industry, Associates Degree or Higher, Computer literate, Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Need to be teachable, flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a high energy environment.
